Delivery of AMG prescriptions

At a meeting on 18 March 2024 Alnwick Medical Group agreed to offer Patients, who reside in the Parish of Longhoughton and are currently in receipt of the delivery service the facility to pick up prescriptions at the Longhoughton Community and Sports Centre (Westfield Park). This will take place twice each week on Tuesday between the hours of 1pm and 2pm and Friday between 4pm and 5pm. This will start on Tuesday 2nd April and Friday 5th April 2024. This will be reviewed after one month to ascertain what further scope there is to add additional patients to this service.

Other medical Facilities

Alnwick Medical Group are exploring the provision of further health and wellbeing support in Longhoughton with their Primary Care Network team.
