Longhoughton, Boulmer & Howick Neighbourhood Plan
Following a successful referendum in January 2026, the Longhoughton, Boulmer & Howick Neighbourhood Plan was formally “made” at a meeting of the Council’s Cabinet in March 2026 and became part of the statutory development plan for Northumberland.
